God is always thinking about you
Psalm 139:17,18
"How precious also are Your thoughts to me, O God! How great is the sum of them! If I should count them, they would be more in number than the sand"
Most of us hope to have favor with our bosses or other people that are have some level of influence over our lives. Our hope is that some way we will be noticed and our lives will be made better because of the favor given.
The one who has influence over everything; knows you, sees you, recognizes you and will give you favor in all the areas you need.
You are never alone or abandoned. God is always thinking about you, which means he knows everything you are going though, understands what you are going through and is there for you!
What favor? What more favor can you have that having the all-powerful, all-knowing, ever-present God always thing about you.
